| FEATURES: All socket mounting hardware comes with a quick disconnect to ballast enclosure. The cord length is 8'. There is an extender cord to increase the length to 16' total. To connect the cords to an IceCap ballast there is a converter which includes a 120v power plug. Mogul base is the standard, however medium base can be supplied.
SOCKET ASSEMBLY: The socket assembly is made of stainless steel with 4 holes punched for mounting.
OPTIMAL REFLECTOR: Designed to mount perpendicular to the front of the tank. It is made with 95% reflective aluminum and will put about 40% more light into the tank than a standard flat sheet of reflective metal. Dimensions: 12"L, 10.5"W, 5"H
PARALLEL REFLECTOR: Designed to mount parallel with the front of the tank using fluorescents. It is made with 95% reflective aluminum and will put about 25% more light into the tank than a standard flat sheet of reflective metal. The reflector puts the fluorescent close to the tank and the metal halides are offset by 3.5". Parallel reflector is predrilled for the following fluorescent sockets:
15" Holds one 28W PC on each side of reflector
• 24" Holds either one 2' VHO or 55W PC on each side of reflector
• 2-24" Holds one 4' VHO or 1 96W PC or two 55W PC on each side of reflector
• 36" Holds one 3' VHO or 1 96W PC or one 55W PC on each side of reflector.
• The 36" holds either one or two metal halide lamps
